Azure Boards Integration
Works seamlessly with your existing Azure Boards projects. No data migration required—just install and start planning.
Azure DevOps tracks your work, but not your uncertainty
You already use Azure DevOps to track epics, features, and tasks with effort estimates. But the native solution treats those estimates as fixed commitments, even when work is still in discovery or requirements are evolving.
Without iterative estimation and capacity-aware planning, roadmaps become wishful thinking. Teams can't refine estimates as uncertainty reduces, and leaders can't visualize different delivery scenarios based on real team capacity.
- Initial estimates become commitments, even when work is still undefined.
- No way to track how uncertainty reduces as work moves through discovery stages.
- Roadmaps ignore team capacity, time off, and allocation splits.
- Can't compare different delivery scenarios to make informed trade-offs.
- Static timelines don't reflect reality as scope evolves.
